By becoming a member on this website, Anne Selene provides several user levels which includes Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond levels, where each has their own benefits. When you register with us you will automatically get Standard Level (once your membership is approved). When you make your first purchase you will automatically become a Bronze member. When you made your 3rd order you will become Silver member and when you made your 5th order you will become a Gold member where you can also benefit from further discounts as well as free gifts and promotions. We also have a Diamond Level which is for our resellers and those that sells our products actively from home.
It is the responsibility of Anne Selene to:
Provide benefits to Anne Selene's members.
Provide excellent customer service.
Assist with informing Anne Selene clients, members and staff of our services by regular mailouts and information updates.
Attend tradeshows and other industry events to show Anne Selene's products where members are welcome to visit.
To inform it's members of tradeshow reports.
It is the responsibility of the member to:
Utilise the benefits provided by Anne Selene.
Establish a relationship with our account manager and Anne Selene's staff.
Respond to all Anne Selene staff's questions, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Actively market our business through online forums and member-to-member forums and chats.
Access and manage your membership profile via the website and to ensure it's up to date with current address and contact details.
Participate in annual member surveys and provide suggestions, ideas and concerns regarding your experience as a Anne Selene member.
Your membership is for one full year from the date on which you join. Unless notified in writing, membership renewal is automatically free of charge.
